A Native of Pearl, Mississippi, Dr. Toney graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas in 2006.  He also received two undergraduate degrees, B.S. in Human Anatomy and a B.S. in Health and Wellness. 

Starting at the age of 18, he served 4 years active duty in the Air Force before joining the MS Air National Guard in Jackson, Mississippi where he still serves.  During his time activated in the Air National Guard, Dr. Toney earned the Air Force Commendation medal for his performance in Kyrgyzstan during the operation Enduring Freedom. 

Dr. Toney is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy.  He is also Board Certified by the MS Board of Chiropractic Examiners and licensed to practice chiropractic in the state of Mississippi.  Dr. Toney was an associate doctor in his hometown of Pearl, MS for a well respected chiropractor in the community.  He moved to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi in the fall of 2008 to open his own practice in Ocean Springs hoping to help as many people as possible reach their optimal health through chiropractic care.
